Finally, a pediatric gastroenterologist that really understands kids. I have never felt so comfortable as I did until our appointment yesterday. He is so sweet and tender with a hint of sarcasm. He provided a realistic plan for my 8 yo to follow and motivated her to keep her promise to stick with the plan as long as she doesnt get bloodwork. Yesterday being the first day to try out the plan that he laid out for us, she did not give me a hard time. I hope moving forward that she continues so we can resolve the issue that we have been dealing for years. I highly recommend Dr.Ciecierega, he is definitely the best out there.

Dr. Kucine has been amazing. We were able to get in and see her quickly as my son’s case was pretty urgent. She was great and interacted with him during our visit. Not only did she make us feel super relaxed and comfortable, but she was so knowledgeable and made us really trust her. Dr. Han is the consummate professional. He is deeply knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate. He is also inquisitive as a medical science researcher. We brought our young daughter to him for a second-opinion consultation, after experiencing multiple blunders at another major NYC hospital before, during and after her hospitalization there to treat an acute septic case resulting from sacroiliac joint & sacral bone infections-any of those blunders could have life-and-death implications in her case. We felt a huge relief after seeing Dr. Han who now heads up a thorough investigation of her case. As parents we finally see hope and a path forward to help our child overcome her first major challenge in life.

Our experience with Dr. Chien has been wonderful. She is a warm, thoughtful physician who has makes you feel listened to and well cared for. After a year of seeing numerous pediatric gastroenterologists, we were referred to Dr. Chien by a nurse familiar with the practice. During our initial visit, Dr. Chien unhurriedly went through our experiences over the past year and made a treatment plan. As parents with a child dealing with a mysterious, chronic, painful condition, it’s an amazing feeling to meet a physician you feel confident in. The treatment plan has improved our daughter’s quality of life and she is well on her way to being a healthy kid again :) We highly recommend Dr. Chien.

Great staff and even better care. Took my 6 month old in to check on a heart murmur he had at birth. From the front office staff to the doctor, everyone was kind and patient with the baby - could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Phillip Petrou, MD. And his staff are very professional and courteous to all that walks into their office. I received a nerve block which at first I was very skeptical about doing. But after a very skilled and pinpoint procedure my serious and excruciating pain was reduced by about 50%.For those who are having misgivings concerning about choosing to have a nerve block procedure .
